If You Need Housing Assistance, Please Call Schedule an Appointment with a Member of our Housing Department (See Below) and Bring the Following Documents:
One-on-one housing counseling: Summary of your case and/or documents to support the case.
SCRIE Initial: Proof of age, proof of income, proof of rent (current and previous lease), and power of attorney if applicable.
SCRIE Renewal: Proof of age, proof of income, and proof of rent (lease).
DRIE Initial: Proof of age, proof of income, proof of rent (current and previous lease), and power of attorney if applicable.
DRIE Renewal: Proof of age, proof of income, and proof of rent (lease).
Lease Renewal: Previous and current lease.
NYCHA: Picture ID, proof of income, mailing address, and valid email address.
Housing Connect (Lottery): Picture ID, proof of income, mailing address, and valid email address.
