Youth Development & Education
WOTM’s dedicated staff offer a nurturing and secure space where children and youth receive hands-on academic support, recreational activities, STEAM activities, creative arts, and essential life skills development, WOTM empowers young learners to grow, explore, and succeed.

Beacon Program
The Beacon program is open to the public and provides support for middle and high school students. Designed to meet the needs of the community, it offers free ESL classes, art programs, recreational activities, Zumba, and more.

Housing
Our direct services focuses on eviction prevention, HRA benefit assistance and legal counseling on diverse housing related issues, and more

Organizing
Our dedicated Organizing team provides the community with the necessary tools to enforce their rights as tenants both in their building and the community as a whole. We do this through Know Your Rights workshops, education outreach, housing workshops, legal clinics, research and policy as well as local and citywide coalition building.
